Order Tracking & Modification
How can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your unique tracking number. If you do not receive this within three business days, please get in touch via our contact page, and we will assist you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change your order, please get in touch via our contact page with your order details as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my item?
As a small, one-woman-run business, we currently do not accept returns. We are happy to assist you with measurements or if you need any additional information on the sizing or fit of a garment. Custom Style Bundles are non-returnable due to the nature of the purchase, which includes items selected specifically for you, as well as the cost of travel, time, labour, and quality control. Please consider this before purchasing.
My item has a flaw - what should I do?
Our pre-loved and vintage items may show unique signs of wear. We strive to note any flaws in the item description. However, if we miss something, we offer a two-week return policy for items with major flaws that were not described or photographed. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Duties and Taxes
Do I need to pay duties and taxes for my order?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees once the package reaches the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office and our website for further information, as these fees can vary widely from country to country.
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through Australia Post, you will be entitled to a credit note, which is valid for 3 years. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
If your order is returned to us for any reason (including customs fees not paid or unable to deliver), you will be issued an automatic credit note minus the full cost of shipping and return to sender fees.
